The Rio de Janeiro court sentenced Antônia Fontenelle to pay R$100,000 in compensation for moral damages to the Lucas brothers and Felipe Neto. The presenter made false accusations of pedophilia to the two in a video published in 2020.

In addition to the payment of R$50,000 to each of the brothers, the decision also requires an appropriate monetary correction and the payment of legal costs by Fontenelle.

She was convicted of other charges against Luccas and Felipe Neto, in a video published in December 2021. The convictions concern three crimes of defamation, one of insult and another of slander.
