Two years after purchasing the Xuxa villa for R$45 million, singer Karinah still hasn’t moved into the property. According to the newspaper Extrathe reason would be because the house is under construction.

“He’s basically building another one [casa]”a source told the newspaper.

According to the publication, Karinah lives in a rented property in another property of the same luxury condominium, which is located in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

With more than 2,500 m², the villa purchased by the singer has five bedrooms, a living room, 14 bathrooms, swimming pools, hydromassage, gym, among other spaces.

Karinah is 41 years old and a samba and pagode singer. You recently participated in the Mangueira samba-enredo competition for the 2024 Carnival.

She is married to the entrepreneur Diether Werninghaus, heir to a company of electric motors, transformers and power generators. She often appears in the list of Brazilian billionaires.
