OR actor Matthew Perry, famous for playing Chandler in the series Friends, was found dead this Saturday, aged 28, in Los Angeles. He was 54 years old.

Second TMZ, the artist was found dead in the hot tub at home. The first suspicion is that he drowned. According to the publication, no illicit substances were found on site and there were no signs of crime.

Emergency workers were called to the scene to treat a victim who had suffered cardiac arrest, but the actor did not survive. The Los Angeles police have already started investigating the case.

The actor rose to fame playing Chandler Bing in the hit ’90s comedy, which lasted 10 seasons, for a total of 234 episodes. His character was a fan favorite.

Over the years he has also participated in other television programs, such as Beverly Hills, 90210, Ally McBeal AND The West Wing, among others. In cinema, you have starred in works such as And now, my love? AND The whole nine metres. He hasn’t acted since 2017.

Matthew Perry also lived with drug and alcohol addiction, particularly painkillers. During the recordings of Friends, was already hospitalized. Last year he wrote a book that tells all his drama.

The American press claims he had been sober for a year, but at the Friends cast reunion, some fans questioned the actor’s confusing way of communicating.

In addition to his use of illicit substances, Matteo was also dealing with health problems, some of which were serious and required hospitalization.
