Luiza Brunet agrees to pay off a debt of over R$600,000 on her credit card

Luiza Brunet has entered into an agreement for the payment of a credit card debt, for an amount of R$ 646 thousand, with Banco Bradesco. The legal proceedings have been ongoing at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice (TJRJ) since June this year.

According to the document, to which the Estadao having accessed it, the entrepreneur obtained a strong discount to eliminate the debt. You proposed to pay two installments in July this year, in cash.

The first, of 340 thousand reals, concerned the value of the agreement between the parties. The second, of R$ 27 thousand, was related to the losses (the lawyer’s fee for the winning party in the case). Almost 50% of the value of the original debt.

According to the procedure, failure to pay the invoice within the established deadlines would result in the loss of the discount. In exchange, Luiza’s lawyers asked to remove her name from the Credit Protection Body within a maximum period of ten working days from the date of payment.
