Ana Hickmann’s husband drops divorce action, but separation remains ongoing; understand

Alessandro Correahusband of Ana Hickmann, withdrew the divorce action he sought in court. The separation process, however, continues to occur, but on the basis of an action requested by the host. OR Estadao has tried to contact Ana Hickmann’s advisor on the matter, but has so far received no response.

“After Alexandre won the right to visit his son and Ana lost her request to deal with the matter in the domestic violence court, as a gesture of peace, of pacification, she even asked to revoke the divorce. But she still hasn’t the divorce in progress, [o] that she [Ana] he entered the family court,” lawyer Enio Martins, who represents Correa, told the Estadão on Saturday 2nd.

Recently the Court moved the case from the Criminal Court and for Domestic and Family Violence against Women to the Family Court, which does not mean a “victory” or a “defeat” for any of the parties involved (so to speak). Correa also dropped his request for joint custody of the couple’s 10-year-old son.

Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa have become news since November 11, when the presenter filed a police report accusing her husband of assaulting her. Alexandre denies the accusations.

On November 26th he gave a long interview to Spectacular Sunday from Record, specifying the moment in which the case would have occurred and also demonstrating that their dissatisfaction with Correa had already existed before (to remember it).
