The music Liquitiqui (Remix)by the singer Claudia Leitte, was identified as plagiarism and caused discussions on social media. Fans of the singer have noticed similarities between the famous song and a track titled Lilithwritten by Bea Duarte.

The song, composed by Claudia, Jay Perry, Kess Dieffenthaller, Michael Brun and Neel Dwalla, was recently performed on The voicefrom TVGlobo.

Bea spoke through her social media: “It’s a very complex topic and I’ll tell you that I know that @claudialeitte is just a part of REMIX. Calm down milk fans, there’s no need to attack me just because there are similarities. I don’t I still don’t even know how to absorb this information, I’m just talking about why the network next door has become a battlefield. My position is: none, am I confused?”

The singer also explained that her song is from 2021 while Claudia’s is from June 3, 2022. On Twitter she posted: “I don’t know what to think about it, I’m just having a nervous breakdown…”.

Claudia’s consultants used Instagram to position themselves. “The song Liquitiqui has an absolutely different melodic and compositional construction, which does not justify the unfounded accusation of plagiarism”, she reads in the note, which you can read in full below.

Some fans used the post to defend the artist. “The queen bothers these people of darkness so much,” one follower wrote. “Nothing to do with the songs,” said another.
