The stylist Ronaldo Esper, 79 years old, his home was broken into on Friday evening, the 8th, in the Bela Vista neighborhood of Sao Paulo. He was raped and, according to his press office, had to be helped by neighbors, who called the emergency services.

“Ronaldo has undergone medical treatment and is now recovering in a safe place assisted by his family and friends,” reads the note from the designer’s team.

According to police reports, Ronaldo Esper was surprised when he arrived home by three men who hit him on the head. The suspects, however, fled without taking any of the stylist’s personal effects.

The stylist and TV presenter spoke about the invasion on the Léo Dias portal. He said he did not know the attackers and did not understand the reason for the invasion. “I never did any transaction with these guys, I don’t know what they came here to do, not a needle disappeared from here, there was money here, there was a lot of money in a drawer, you don’t take anything. They beaten, but I don’t know what was bad,” he said.

The 14th Police District (Pinheiros) of the Civil Police of São Paulo is investigating the case.
