Ana Hickmann and Edu Guedes start dating: ‘A new reason to smile’

Ana Hickmann and Edu Guedes are dating! On the morning of Tuesday the 12th the presenter published a series of photos on her Instagram profile and declared herself a chef.

“It’s about having a new reason to smile, someone to hold hands with and be happy. It’s about turning a friendship into love, care and affection. It’s about giving ourselves a new chance to experience the most beautiful things,” Ana wrote in the caption of the post.

In the photos, Ana and Edu appear smiling, hugging and kissing. In the comments, the new couple received several messages of love and congratulations from celebrities and fans.

Rumors that Ana and Edu had a romance emerged after the presenter’s marriage to Alexandre Côrrea ended at the end of last year.

Last Monday, the 11th, the new couple was spotted holding hands during a dinner with friends. On the occasion of the presenter’s 43rd birthday, on March 1st, the chef was also present who further strengthened the rumors about the relationship.

Ana Hickmann sued her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, for domestic violence and personal injury on November 11, 2023. Since then, the businessman has taken legal action against the presenter for parental alienation, claiming that he was was prevented from seeing his son, and came in with a visit request.

Alexandre went so far as to sue the international court to maintain contact with Alezinho, the couple’s 9-year-old son. Ana has denied the allegations of parental alienation and said she spares her son access to the constraints he is subjected to, according to the counselor.

In February, Alexandre also called for the arrest of Edu Guedes after rumors that he and Ana had traveled with Alezinho. Edu filed a lawsuit against Alexandre for “lies and defamation” reported to the press.

Ana’s defense claims that Alexandre tries to create facts to disturb the investigation and damage the presenter’s image, and that there is no parental alienation.

On February 20, Alexandre requested the revocation of the protective measure adopted by Ana against him.
