However, according to representatives of the royal family, none of this is true. Buckingham Palace released a statement to the Russian news agency TASS “the King continues with official and private business”.
Indeed, it is worth pointing out that the international rumors of Charles’ alleged death came a month after the monarch was diagnosed with cancer. However, the severity of the situation was never revealed, nor were any details about the illness provided.
At the time, the Palace revealed that King Charles was on a “regular treatment programme” and would have to postpone public service duties. Since then, the monarch has been seen very few times.
Despite this, the king continues to conduct state business and comply with “official documentation” as usual.
