Meghan Markle reveals her intention to marry Prince Harry

Contrary to rumors that they were having problems in their marriage, Meghan Markle praised Prince Harry during a trip to Nigeria. During a speech given at school in the capital Abuja, last Friday (10), Meghan Markle revealed the reasons for her marriage to Harry. The couple celebrates 6 years of marriage next Sunday (19th).

According to the Daily Mail, in a conversation with students about mental health, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex asked some questions to raise doubts in young people. “If you see that your classmate isn’t smiling, what will you do? Will you check on him? Will you ask him if he’s okay? Because it’s okay to not be okay.”, Harry asked.

Then, Meghan Markle showed all her love and admiration for her husband. This is because the former actress was touched by Harry’s speech. “Do you see why I married her? She’s so smart and so inspiring, because she always tells the truth,” she said.

Additionally, Harry took the opportunity to comment on the death of his mother, Lady Di. This is because Princess Diana died when the prince was 12 and William was 15. In the speech, the Duke of Sussex commented that he is not ashamed to admit that he is having a bad day and mentioned that, when he loses a loved one, we often don’t know who to contact.

The Duke of Sussex’s trip to Nigeria, however, had a purpose. Meghan Markle and Harry went to visit the school which receives financial support from the Archwell Foundation, an organization created by the couple. At the invitation of the defense chief, it was the couple’s first trip to the country.
