“Wasn’t there anyone to tell her that many people drowned in the floods and lost everything due to the volume of water?” asked one follower. “Seems mocking, pointless,” wrote another.
After the criticism, Narcisa used her stories to publicize the link to a campaign to collect donations for the population of Rio Grande do Sul.
