The former “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” child actor has died at age 42

Former child actor Floyd Roger Myers Jr. died last Wednesday, 29, the victim of a heart attack. Floyd became known for his performance in the series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Airin which he played the young version of the character Will Smith, the protagonist of the sitcom.

The information about the death was confirmed to the celebrity portal TMZ from Floyd’s mother. He was 42 years old and died at his home in Maryland, USA. The former actor had already suffered three other heart attacks in the last three years. The mother said she spoke to her son the night before his death.

In addition to the role in The Fresh Prince of Bel-AirFloyd also played the younger version of Marlon Jackson in the miniseries The Jacksons: An American Dreamof 1992. Subsequently, as a teenager, he participated in an episode of Young Americansin 2000.

Floyd abandoned his acting career and, on his social media profile, presented himself as the owner of a ventilation duct company.
