Band brings the farewell tour ‘This Was Our Life’ to the country with a unique performance at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, on May 2, 2026
As stated, the Megadeth will bring his farewell tour to Brazil. The legendary thrash metal band led by Dave Mustaine announced a unique show in the country on May 2, 2026 (Saturday), at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo.
Produced by Mercury Concerts, ticket sales to the general public begin on November 5th (Wednesday), at 10am, via the website eventim.com.br/megadeth. And on November 3rd (Monday), at the same time, exclusive pre-sales will open for members of the band’s fan club, also on the website eventim.com.br/megadeth.

Formed in 1983 after Dave Mustaine was fired from Metallica, Megadeth left the scene with more than 50 million records sold worldwide, in addition to countless world tours. To Brazil alone, the band traveled 16 times, with their debut here in 1991 on the stage of the second Rock in Rio.
Currently, Mustaine has James LoMenzo (bass), Teemu Mäntysaari (guitar) and Dirk Verbeuren (drums) at his side in the lineup.
In addition to the farewell tour, the group will release a final album. Just titled Megadeththe work goes public on January 23, 2026.
