Princess Charlotte, 9 years old, daughter of Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton, 42 years old, attracted attention at the birthday parade of King Charles III, this Saturday, 15. Even though she was so young, she seemed to scold her brother, Louis, 5, who danced at the ceremony.

The moment was captured as military music played at Buckingham Palace. In the images you can see the boy having fun with the song and Charlotte asking him to stop, while they were on the balcony.

The Princess of Wales laughed when she saw the scene between the two children. This is Kate’s first public appearance since revealing her cancer diagnosis about three months ago.

Trooping The Color is held to officially celebrate the monarch’s birthday in the United Kingdom. King Charles III was born in November, however the celebrations are brought forward to July, to take advantage of the good weather of the European summer.
