The court formalizes Val Marchiori’s divorce against her ex-husband’s will

The court has made the divorce official Marchiori Valley49 years old, and Thiago Castillo41 years old, last Monday, 01. The decision was made by the judge competent for the case, who established the dissolution of the stable union, even against Thiago’s will.

According to the trial documents, Val Marchiori and Thiago Castilho formalized their stable union on March 16, 2020, under a regime of total separation of assets.

Val reported being a victim of domestic violence, requesting protective measures in March of this year. Castilho, in turn, challenged the action, presenting his defense, but the judge decided to prejudge the merits, highlighting that there were no assets to divide, according to the stable union act.

Furthermore, the judge also recalled that any issues relating to any condominium assets should be resolved through ordinary procedures, as they are not within the jurisdiction of the Family and Succession Court.

Thiago Castilho was sentenced to pay the costs of the proceedings and expenses, in addition to the legal fees set at one thousand reais.
