Last Tuesday (16/07), the influencer Maya Massafera She took to social media to show off the results of her new voice, following her gender transition and vocal cord surgeries.

In a video posted on Instagram, he shared more details about the process: “I think many of you already know, but I have had two surgeries on my voice and the last surgery was 15 days ago. So my voice is not ready yet. It won’t be ready for two and a half months from now, which is three months after surgery.”.

Has continued: “I have to go there, often, at my own pace. When I decided to transition, I wanted to go back to my mother’s womb. I wanted to be as quiet as possible, as far away from everything as possible. But I came back to reality, to the real life I had before, because so much distorted material started to come out of me that I preferred to show my face and come and tell you about it.“

“I am a trans woman. I am a cross-dressing woman. Did you know that the word transvestite and trans woman are the same thing? Anyone who is a trans woman is a cross-dresser and anyone who is a cross-dresser is a trans woman. The word cross-dressing is marginalized.”she said.
