Due to the death of Silvio Santos, this Saturday (17), due to bronchopneumonia, SBT has decided to suspend all its programming.
This means that programs such as “Circo do Tiru”, “Bake Off” and “Sabadou” will not be broadcast to make room for tributes to the host.
Previously, the station also aired cartoons and avoided special programs until it received family approval.
By order of Silvio Santos himself, no material about his death was prepared in advance. The tributes and interviews were planned in the heat of the moment.
