Police are investigating gambling-related money laundering. In total, 19 arrest warrants have been executed against people allegedly involved in the scheme.

In a press conference, investigators stressed that the group had earned approximately R$ 3 billion from illegal gambling.

Deolane was reportedly arrested for purchasing a luxury car, a Lamborghini, from the owner of Esportes da Sorte, Darwin Filho, for R$ 4 million. The transaction is under investigation. Darwin Filho and his wife, Maria Eduarda Filizola, were also arrested during the operation.
