The digital influencer revealed that he hired an infant sleep specialist to help him with the process of adjusting his baby to sleeping alone in his room.
She revealed that, although she couldn’t sleep because she was monitoring the situation, the night was peaceful. “She only breastfed once, usually around six. She didn’t do it anymore, because neither she nor I slept well.”he explained.
Bruna finally stressed that the main goal of the process is “night weaning”, so that Mavie can have more peaceful and independent nights of sleep.
