“Sit there, Claudia”: The day Xuxa found another “meme from the past”

Xuxa Meneghel attracted attention this Saturday, 21, when she met a fan who appears in the scene of the documentary series Forever Paquitaat Rock In Rio, decades after the day he complained about the host’s show organization in the 90s. It wasn’t the first time he met a ‘meme’.

In 2014, on the program Xuxa Meneghel, he recalled a moment in a television program Manchete from many years before in which, in front of several children, he was “brutal” (in his own words) when dealing with a girl and said the famous phrase: “Um, sit there, Claudia.”.

“I have a huge debt with this person. I think she spent her whole life thinking: ‘Why did Xuxa do this to me?'”, said Xuxa, addressing the subject seriously. The young woman, in fact, was called Érica, and stressed that she had no regrets and that she had really given the presenter a lot of work on the day of the recording.

“What Xou da Xuxa is this?” asked fan Patrícia Veloso in an excerpt from a report resurfaced thanks to the series Pra Semper Paquitafrom Globoplay.

Thanks to her newfound fame in the virtual world, Patricia has been invited to meet the singer and presenter at Rock In Rio this Saturday 21st.

In a video posted on Instagram, Patricia appears emotional, screams and hugs her idol. “Did you manage to get in that day?” Xuxa asks the fan, who denies it.

It was the first time that Xuxa performed at the festival, some 40 years after the beginning of her career, in an action of Banco Itaú, held in the activation space of the brand that sponsors the event. She sang after Katy Perry left the World Stage, attracting a crowd.
