On Monday 30, Tia Salete questions the couple about who the mother of Margaridinha is, the woman who, like her, also fell into the seduction and abandonment of Laércio Oliveira. In the scenes that will air this Tuesday 1, Tia Salete confronts her sister and asks her to tell the truth. In the room there are the two of them and Seu Tico Leonel (Alexandre Nero). Zefa Leonel then confirms that Margaridinha is the daughter of Tia Salete with Laércio Oliveira/Vespertino. The matriarch remembers all the suffering of her sister, when she was abandoned pregnant, and ended up being found, luckily, at the feet of Padre Cícero, in Juazeiro do Norte, out of her mind. Zefa Leonel remembers the difficulty of the birth, Seu Tico Leonel says that everyone had already disillusioned his sister-in-law. At a time when the disappointments were constant, Tia Salete even picked up the baby and left, shocked. Until she began to recognize the girl, believing that she was another child of the Leonel couple.
In an emotional scene, Zefa Leonel says that her biggest regret in life was not telling her sister the truth. However, she was afraid of hurting her and her niece, as well as fearing for the seamstress’s health. Tia Salete accuses Zefa Leonel of stealing her right to be a mother.
