Simony has been in a relationship with Felipe Rodriguez for four years
The artist explains that, during the four-year relationship, he allowed Rodriguez to use his image to relaunch the company’s activities. But, after the breakup, he asked that the materials with his image be removed.
Compensation
The case ended up in court with an injunction requiring Felipe and Viva Life to remove any publicity associated with Simony’s image. Furthermore, the former member of Magic balloon requested compensation of R$ 30,000 for moral damages.
