The singer from Minas Gerais is 26 years old and says she has been dating the actor for nine months
In a video posted to Stories, she said she was surprised her face was on several news sites, even though she knew she was “taking that risk by dating someone internationally known.”
“Since I have been in a relationship with Marlon I have always posted photos with him. Not very often, but those who follow me already know that I have been with him since the beginning of the year, because I came here in January,” she said, referring to the United States .
Then Ruby continued, “And nothing ever happened, nothing ever leaked out. I thought I was going to continue the same way, living my life well. Then today I woke up and I said, Lord Jesus, what’s going on?”
She pointed out that she has been dating Marlon Wayans for about nine months and added, “I thought it was good that I wasn’t known in Brazil for my music yet because I could reinvent myself as an artist.”
Ruby also said that she received an invitation to sing at a party in Los Angeles, but that she will not be able to practice her job, and explained the reason: “My visa is for tourism, and if I sing, it is considered work and I could lose my visa, I won’t take that risk.”
