Bruno Gagliasso’s mother is not elected councilor in RJ; the actor ignored his candidacy

Lucia Gagliasso (PL), mother of actor Bruno Gagliasso, tried to become a city councilor in Rio de Janeiro, but was not elected on Sunday the 6th. Throughout the election campaign, Bruno ignored her candidacy. While Lúcia has a right-wing position, being the acronym for Jair Bolsonaro, the actor publicly declares himself against the former president and his ideals.

Lucia obtained 3,696 votes and is a substitute. The other son, Thiago Gagliasso Ferreira, is a state deputy of the same party and shares the same political line as his mother. And, unlike Bruno, he was at his mother’s side throughout the campaign.

Since 2018 the Gagliasso family has been divided. In 2022, in a new election, the situation repeated itself. At the time, Lucia even published a video in which she stated that she supported the choices of her two children.
