I’m devastated. Today I thought I was going to break down, that I was going to collapse. I thought my heart was going to stop from so much pain and anguish. I don’t even know how to explain it. Before the videos shared by Instagram’s stories feature, the ex of Raphael Miguel shared a message thanking followers, friends and family for their support ahead of the trial.

“Friends, colleagues and acquaintances who have sent me messages, I am not well. It has been an absurdly stressful day. I have reached the peak of despondency, of anxiety. I need some time in silence to assimilate everything. I appreciate all the loving messages and really wish I could talk to you calmly about this at another time,” he said.

What happened?

In June 2019, Rafael Miguel and his parents went to Isabela’s house to talk to the family of the young woman, who was 18 at the time, about their relationship.
