About four years ago the singer Rust adopted a new and healthier lifestyle. He says that, during this time, he has eliminated more than 30kg with nutritional re-education and physical exercise routine. “The important thing is to stay focused on the final goal, there is no mystery,” reveals the artist.

“I think the biggest challenge is to stay focused without getting discouraged. Living on the road, doing shows, ends up taking us out of a possible training and nutrition routine. But I like to joke with my team that salads are everywhere, so I think I try to maintain focus and determination on my goal,” he explained to the magazine Who.

He explains that his wife, the influencer Thaís Vasconcellos, played an important role in his new phase. “My wife is my inspiration. She is my biggest supporter and has been fundamental,” he underlined.

“Today my biggest dream is to realize Thaís’ dream, which is to get married. We are already together, we have our daughters, we wear a ring, but we are not married yet. We are planning to have that dream wedding that she truly deserves, something that reflects our entire history together and the love we have built over time,” she said.

The couple has two daughters, Sofia and Aurora, aged 5 and 6. Ferrugem is also the father of Júlia, 13 years old, the result of his relationship with Juliana Barbosa, who died following complications due to liposuction.
