Maurício Takeda and Sousa are suing Amazon in a small claims court

Maurizio Takeda and Sousa34 years old, son of Maurizio de Suza, filed a complaint on his TikTok account after purchasing a video card for 14,500 onwards Amazon and receive a package with vases full of sand.
“I am a quiet person, but I was in shock,” said the boy, who filmed the order opening, sold and transported from Amazon.
In the video posted on Tic knock, Maurício claims that he contacted Amazon on the same day, but that there was still no solution for the case. He reports that when he took out the box, he felt that the weight distribution was different and, therefore, asked his wife to record when the package was opened.
Furthermore, the packaging, despite being sealed, was severely damaged.
“I always record videos for when they are high value security products. I was afraid of getting hit or something, but I never imagined it would happen to me,” he reported, in a video posted on the platform.
According to the video of the case, Maurício’s wife was so shocked that she couldn’t stop crying. The cartoonist’s son then decided to file a complaint on specialized websites, open a BO (Boletim de Occurrence) and file a small lawsuit against the company.
