Singer Ananda used social media to say that she went to the police station for racial crimes and crimes of intolerance (Decradi) this Wednesday the 27th, after being the victim of racist comments from Ana Paula Minerato.

“I have just left Decradi, which only deals with crimes of intolerance and racial issues. I just made this accident report. I’m just stopping by to let you know,” began Melanina Carioca, a member of the group

In its brief speech, Ananda said it would issue a new statement on the case soon. At the moment he is still trying to assimilate the situation, as he said.

“I will be back soon to make a statement. But I needed this time to be able to digest what is happening in my life and everything I have to say. So that I can speak appropriately,” he added.

THE Earth contacted the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro for further information on the incident, but did not receive a response until this article was published. The space remains open for demonstrations.

In leaked audio of a conversation with rapper KT Gomez, Minerato uses expressions such as “hard hair” and “neguinha” when referring to Ananda. In one of the recordings he says: “Do you like my hard-haired, black girl? There’s a black girl, someone there, a father or mother from Africa, it’s obvious.” In another song he comments: “Where did you go to fuck her? Where did you fuck her? In her hotel? With Melanina Carioca? Did you go there? Her and who else? Then she showed you a video in which she was dancing” even the boys, to the “niggers” of Melanina Carioca?”
