Iza launches the balloon with her daughter’s name and the web does not forgive: ‘Irresponsibility’

Iza moved his followers by launching a balloon with his daughter’s name, Nala, into space in a symbolic gesture of love. The singer shared the moment on social media, explaining that the balloon represented “the love that does not belong in this world”. However, the action sparked controversy and many internet users criticized the attitude, calling it “irresponsible”.

While a portion of his followers applauded the gesture of affection, a significant number of people pointed out that balloon releasing can cause environmental damage, stating that it is a harmful practice for nature. “Irresponsibility”, “this is not the kind of message we should be sending” and “another lost balloon” were some of the negative reactions.

In addition to criticism of the environmental impact, other followers suggested that the artist could find alternative ways to express his love for his daughter without harming the environment. The singer, however, has so far not commented on the criticism, and the video remains on her Instagram account, where she continues to share special moments with Nala.
