Flordelis he is not coping well with the death of his adopted daughter Gabriella dos Santos de Souza25 years old, found dead on Estrada do Pacheco, in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro. In a recent interview with the Record, the former federal MP said she was dependent on drugs to stay sane at Talavera Bruce Penitentiary, Bangu.

Is Flordelis sick?

In 2025, the gospel singer’s current diagnosis is not exactly known, but she has hinted that she has psychological problems. “Flordelis, my essence, has not changed at all. “Poor health”

The last time Flordelis’ condition was mentioned was in October 2023, when his defense requested house arrest so the pastor could take care of his “debilitated state of health.” The prisoner’s lawyers say she is suffering from the after-effects of a stroke, which has caused her amnesia and difficulty remembering names.

At the time, the defense said he was suffering from disruption of blood flow to the brain, low blood pressure and seizures. Lawyers argue that the penitentiary is unable to take care of the pastor’s delicate condition and, therefore, she should serve her sentence at home.

“In this way it is imperative to consider that these are not sporadic or isolated episodes, but rather different forms of presentation of the various disorders and pathologies that Flordelis experiences daily, which require adequate treatment“, says the defense.

Flordelis’ daughter will be buried Saturday

The young woman will be buried next Saturday (25th), at the Pacheco cemetery, at 4.30 pm. The Criminal Enforcement Law (LEP), n. 7.210, article 120, paragraph I, guarantees the prisoner’s right to attend the wake or burial of close relatives such as father, mother, children, partner and siblings. Authorization to leave must be granted by the director of the unit where the inmate is located.
