Specialist working with the creation of spaces and avatars in the virtual environment explains how personalities can profit from the parallel world

The entrepreneur and the digital influencer Bianca Andrade announced his alter ego, which passes Rose. the influencer Luca Rangel transformed into Luca. Even Sabrina Sato jumped on the wagon with Satiko. Virtual avatars mark the entry of a generation of influencers into the metaversea virtual universe that only tends to grow with new market opportunities yet little explored.
This is what explains Luiz Guilherme Guedes, founder of Grupo Epic, who works in the area of creating spaces in the corporate metaverse and with influencers who want to create their own avatars.
“Digital influencers are creating their characters to have another way of expressing themselves,” says Guedes. This is also another way for them to make money with advertising, campaigns and influence.
In general terms, these avatars work like virtual influencers who can act in campaigns, product marketing and entertainment, just like their creators do in the real world. For this reason, the characters must be as similar as possible to their creator, to engage an already loyal audience.
“The metaverse is a parallel universe, a projection of what we have in life for the digital. We don’t enter there with our photo, we create a representation of ourselves in that environment,” explains Guedes.

Why do influencers join the metaverse?
The reason is quite simple, according to Luiz Guilherme Guedes. In addition to the novelty factor among digital influencers, there are also the ability to split in two – and literally, strange as it may sound.
“Brands sometimes ask the influencer to do a campaign, post or video and that influencer just doesn’t have time, because he’s already doing other things,” comments the expert.
In this scenario, the avatar in the metaverse can step in and do what its creator cannot. On the other hand, presence in the metaverse also expands the boundaries of action for other platforms, such as games.

It is not that today virtual influencers to exist. THE Lu do Magalù, or CB das Casas Bahia and also the Dollynhofor example, they are there to prove that the metaverse is older than it looks, even if it didn’t have that name before.
“The metaverse is a playful evolution of the Internet. Gamers have known about it for a long time,” notes Guedes. Games that use the metaverse are widely known to the community, including Fortnite, Minecraft, The Sims, and Second Life.
Although strange at first, the expansion into virtual life will also be felt by users. Luiz Guilherme Guedes, who works in the area of creating spaces in the corporate metaverse, believes that we are moving towards everyone who has their own avatars. In fact, Instagram has even released a tool for users to create their own characters.
