Carlinhos Maia was sentenced for the court of Mato Grosso do to compensate a woman at $ 10,000 for moral damage. The cause against the digital influencer was opened after having exposed a conversation with the follower on social networks, which claims to have been attacked by fans of the humorist.

In a decision published in the Official Gazette, the judge Alexandre Raslan granted the woman an indemnity of $ 10,000 and ordered Carlinhos to also support the victim’s legal fees.

The humorist can still appeal and, as long as he has been ordered to pay this amount, the then follower has initially requested compensation for an amount of R $ 231,680.00, according to the data of the Mato DO Court of Mato on (TJ-MS).

According to the G1, the situation that motivated the trial took place in May 2022, when the apartment was robbed where Carlinhos lived in Maceió (Al). On social networks, the digital influencer complained what happened and also showed the rapid resolution of the case.

The follower of Carlinhos who entered the process was annoyed by the speed with which the case was resolved and sent a message to the comedian questioned if the same would have happened to a poor person without fame.
