The ceremony was held in the apartment where the playwright lived with the decorator Edgar Moura Brasil while he was married
“It was a joy to have shared such an important and special day for us with all of you,” he wrote in the publication. The wedding took place in the apartment in which the widower and the playwright lived in Arpoader, Rio de Janeiro.
Edgar was married to Gilberto Braga for 48 years and was a widower in October 2021. Since 2023, he has experienced a relationship with Cristhian, who in addition to an actor is a lawyer.
Before the ceremony, the two passed New York for a “single farewell”. The couple also announced that they would give the same amount received in gifts to the retreat of the artists.
