After days of speculation and concern among the followers, Anitta updated his health Tuesday (June 24) and said he was taking back well from a serious bacterial infection. The clinical picture requested the treatment with intravenous antibiotics and removed it from recent professional commitments.
Previously, the singer had communicated the cancellation of his participation in San João De Campina Grande, an event that would have marked his debut in the traditional party. “Needless to tell you that I am sad,” he said in audio released on his direct communication channel with the followers.
According to the artist’s report, the symptoms had already occurred days before hospitalization. However, he expected to be resumed in time to fulfill his program. “I have a serious and very complicated bacterial infection that it was a few days ago, but I was absolutely sure that I would go well to date,” he said.
In reality, this was not the only commitment influenced by the health of the singer. By the end of the year, he also canceled a presentation at the Coachella Festival in the United States for “unexpected personal reasons”.
