The teacher was arrested last Monday 07/07, after having tied a four -year -old boy, with a diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), on a chair and leave him inside the bathroom. However, the court of Paraná decided to grant freedom after the hearing of custody.

The education professional was taken by the police after an anonymous complaint for the “mistreatment” that were taking place at the Municipal School of Araucaria, in the Curitiba metropolitan region (PR).
