The property was acquired with the intermediation of the Broker Tamara Stief, which operates in the regions of Italian, Alto de Pinheiros and the center of San Paolo.
The news was shared on social networks, in which the artist showed enthusiasm by placing together with the broker. Tamara has published a commemorative image with the customer and wrote: “With my Tri-Legal! Felicidades customer, friend”. Following, Lucas rested the record and joked, “look who I know”.
In a video published on the same occasion, the musician reported that the decision was made quickly and directly. According to him, the broker got the first suggestion: “Happy than me you are not. You broke! First. It was the first he sent and I said it was this.”
The apartment is described as a functional and welcoming space. The kitchen stands out for a central island covered with blue tiles and has a stove, a refrigerator and planned wardrobes. In a relaxed tone, Lucas commented: “Sitting there, feeling comfortable on my island”.
The acquisition of the property reflects a more introspective phase of the artist, who avoided frequent media apparitions from the end of his wedding with singer Sandy, announced in 2023. Currently, the couple of the couple, Theo, 11, resides with his mother inside San Paolo. Lucas, in turn, is divided between the capital and Campinas.
