The Country Fabiano Menotti singer, known for having formed a couple with his brother César Menotti, suffered a car accident on Sunday afternoon (13 July), the Br-040, near Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. The artist was going to Lamb, inside Rio de Janeiro, where he would have made a concert program, after performing the night before in Belo Horizonte.
The car driven by Fabiano overturned after a sudden deviation attempt caused by a vehicle that braked abruptly in front of him. When trying to avoid collision, in the end he hit another car on the side and lost control of the steering. The impact caused the rollover, which made the vehicle widely damaged, with the torn rear wheels and the destroyed bodywork, as shown in social networks and in the news portals.

Despite the fear, nobody was seriously injured. Fabiano came out unknown and the Heleno security guard, who was with him, suffered only a small cut in his hand. Even the driver of the other vehicle involved has not had relevant injuries. The firefighters were called around 17:00 (now Brazilia), but when they arrived, the victims had already left the cars and rejected medical treatment.
Still on the same day, the singer used social networks to reassure the fans and explain the decision to keep the presentation scheduled. “We had a very large liberation on 040, very close to Juiz de Fora. But thank God, although the car is over, we are very well. Heleno had a small cut in hand, but okay. And they are zero, thank God. The boy who was in the other car is also 100%.”
Fabiano also commented on his choice to continue with the presentation: “We are still and strong here at today’s show. We, I wanted to keep the show because I am very well. I didn’t have to come here to make, sing and celebrate this blessing of God in my life, Heleno’s life and Antonio’s life, the other boy”.
Following, the singer highlighted his gratitude for the opportunity to stay alive. “I came to the show, I feel my heart happy because God gave me the opportunity to be alive. I had to be here today to celebrate this victory that this accident was unharmed and be able to be on stage to do what we love, sing, take joy.”
