Arrindo Cruz’s family leaves a message while displaying images of the funeral: “Here”

After the public goodbye of Arlindo Cruzheld last weekend in Rio de Janeiro, the members of the singer’s family spoke on social networks on Tuesday (12). The Sambista, a Brazilian music icon, died at the age of 66 on Friday (8), after complications caused by multiple organ failure.

The funeral took place on the court of the Serrano Empire, traditional Samba School of Maduraira, where the artist was honored with flowers, songs and messages of affection from fans, friends and names of music and carnival. In a publication with Records of Goodbye to the artist, the family thanked the collective confusion caused by the death of the musician.

“Here is the meaning of love, affection, gratitude of friends, fans and family of our perfect sambista! Who is eternal, will live forever in our memory, in our hearts and their songs,” The message says. “Arlindo will forever be on the soundtrack of our lives, packing and becomes present in every way. It becomes time, becomes eternal!”continues.

The note also has thanks to the press and the public: “We thank the press for the coverage and respect. And to all fans, friends and admirers the affectionate messages, desire and respect! Thanks for everything, Family Cruz!”.

The artist’s children also left their words. Arlindinhowho also follows his career in music, he wrote: “Thanks big, my love. Thanks, great!”. Already Flora Cross Highlighted the care of farewell: “We did everything up to your story here in this life. I love you further, rest, my love. It was worth it for everything!”
