The former director of Globo leaves Pedro Bial shocked by the relationship

The former director of the globe told Pedro Bial that he faced criminals as he protected daughter and friends after returning from the tests of the Samba school.

The former director of the Wolf Maya globe revealed to Pedro Bial while faced an armed robbery in his residence in Rio de Janeiro while returning from a test from the school of Grande Rio Samba accompanied by friends. In an interview with the conversation with the Bial program on Monday (25), the director said he had taken control of the situation until the arrival of the police.

The accident occurred when the group was left by the Samba School van in front of Maya’s house. As they organized themselves to get their vehicles, they were surprised by armed criminals.

“There was a vehicle with three or four armed men who screamed to lie on the floor. I only thought of my daughter, Manuela, who at the time was about 10 years,” said the director during the interview with Pedro Bial.

Wolf Maya was accompanied by Amici, his daughter Manuela and his girlfriend of the time. During the robbery, he led his daughter and his girlfriend to hide in the kennel of the house, considering the safest place because of their knowledge of the dog’s behavior.

The director said he tried to maintain control of the situation from the beginning. “I had already checked the thieves with a gun in my mouth, explaining the way out, where the machines had the keys,” he said.

The situation was complicated when one of the guests called the police without notice. “But a friend of ours went to the closet and called the police. When she arrived, the thief trembled with the gun in my mouth. Then I reassured him:” Calm down, now I will direct the police, “said Maya.

The former director of the globe described how he tried to coordinate the police action during the accident. “I screamed at the police: ‘I’m under control! I have the gun on me, they are going down’,” he said.

The tension increased when there was a blow. “When the police shot, he broke all the harmony of the robbery,” said Wolf.

Despite the fear, the responsibility for the safety of all those present took on. “I blushed all the time, but I had to drive, friend. I was responsible for everything,” he said.

Wolf Maya concluded his account explaining the result of the situation. “I was driving my guests, I told you to stay on the floor, directed the thieves towards the exit and then the police. In the end they worked, they left and found on the beach, near Rocinha,” he said.
