Dennis DJ opens up after the attack reported by his ex: “Since our separation”

Last Thursday (9), Dennis DJ broke his silence and spoke publicly, for the first time, about the accusations made by his ex-partner, Barbara Falcaosinger and former dancer of Faustão. She accuses him of physical, sexual and psychological assaults. Commenting on the case, the artist stated that he had been subject to blackmail since the end of the relationship.

According to him, the allegations had already been investigated, but the case was dropped in 2022 due to lack of evidence. “As for the allegations of domestic violence that are circulating, this is not a new fact. It is something that dates back to 2022, before our mediation, when the judge of the violence against women court, at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, closed the case due to lack of evidence. She came back with this story to expose me and try to gain some advantage, since she was unable to overturn the custody issue of our son”he declared.

The musician also explained that, after the separation, which occurred in 2022, they both maintained a shared custody agreement for their son. However, this provision was changed in April this year, by court order. Without citing the reasons, since the trial is taking place under judicial secrecy, Dennis he explained that since then sole custody has been his responsibility, with Barbara maintaining the right to visits on the established dates.

“Since our separation, in 2022, we have had a shared custody dynamic that has worked very well. From April to today, things have changed, by decision of a judge, due to facts that I cannot reveal because they are covered by judicial secrecy. I have had custody for almost seven months and Bárbara has visitation days”he explained.

During the speech, Dennis also revealed that the mother of Barbara made a relevant statement during the trial, although he chose not to expose the contents of the statement. Regarding the division of assets, the artist denied any irregularity. According to him, the sharing took place peacefully, through mediation in which his ex-wife was assisted by lawyers.

She also highlights that the mediation team is made up exclusively of women. As the DJ said, all assets acquired over the 13-year relationship were equally divided. Regarding the repercussions of the case and how the matter came to light, Dennis He was keen to point out that he was already expecting this kind of public exposure, as, according to him, he had been constantly threatened during and after the end of the relationship.

“I always knew that I was at risk, I was always threatened, blackmailed, they said that they would end my career. But between my career and my son, I prefer my son. I would like to point out that my son sees his mother, yes, on the dates established by the judge, who gave a precautionary measure. I don’t have this power, if the judge gave it it’s because there is a reason. So, on the agreed dates, she saw her son, YES”he concluded.
