There Martins opens her heart about the loss of her husband and her relationship with her daughter

Former Rouge group member Lí Martins posted a message about her grieving process following the death of her husband, JP Mantovani. The statement was shared on social media this Thursday (9/10). The accident that killed JP occurred on September 21, when his motorbike collided with a truck in Marginal Pinheiros, Sao Paulo.

In the publication, the singer expressed how she dealt with the days following the loss of her partner. There he described the impact of JP’s death on his life and the gradual process of acceptance he is going through.

“Two weeks ago, my life changed completely. Between tears and silence, I continue to try to understand and, little by little, to accept,” Lí wrote at the beginning of his message.

The relationship between Lí Martins and JP Mantovani lasted ten years. The couple met behind the scenes of the reality show “A Fazenda”, on Record, and planned to make their marriage official in 2025.

The former Rouge mentioned her daughter Antonella as her main source of strength at the moment. The artist highlighted the fundamental role of children in their recovery process.

“Now I need to respect time… look with affection at what remains and, with love, rebuild. In the midst of everything, there is a certainty that anchors me: Antonella. She is the fruit of love that continues, the inspiration of every step, the thread that connects me to the flow of life. One day at a time, with truth, faith and love, we continue. With conscious love it cannot fade, because it is fundamental to respect the feelings of each of us. I am grateful… and, even if there is pain, I believe that true and genuine love is the only way to heal. I will be fine, for me, for him and for her”, declared the singer.
