Ary Mirelle opens up about drinking alcohol while breastfeeding her son

The influencer explained that she has a well-defined routine and has discussed it with professionals to ensure that the habit does not harm the child.

“I make a table when I drink. I don’t drink a lot, it’s very rare. I drink more like this with João when I want to drink wine. But I don’t drink, okay? Only socially, and it’s rare”, said Ary Mirelle, noting that consumption is minimal.

Milk stock and decision not to use artificial milk
