The lawyer Fernanda Tripode, who has already represented Dado Dolabella in court, rejected the actor’s defense in the face of assault charges against his current girlfriend, Miss Marcela Tomaszewski.

In an official note, the lawyer stated that he was in Italy and had only learned of the case through the media. Fernanda ruled out the possibility of acting as Dado’s lawyer in this matter and denied having forced Marcela during her statement to the police.

“I have been in Italy for more than a month, where I learned, exclusively through the media, of the events involving Mr. Carlos Eduardo Dolabella. In light of the conflicting information provided by the spouses and the hints of this professional, especially regarding the alleged coercion, which is absolutely false and without any foundation, I make it clear that I do not and will not act in this case”, stated Fernanda.

Alleged assaults

Dado Dolabella is accused of physically and verbally attacking his girlfriend, Marcela Tomaszewski, elected Miss Gramado 2025/2026. The case came to light last weekend.

As reported by journalist Matheus Baldi, from GossipingAs confirmed by columnist Fábia Oliveira, Dado and Marcela argued in the model’s apartment in Ipanema, south of Rio de Janeiro. The neighbors would have called the police and the young lady registered a police report at the women’s police station bruises on arms, hands and neck.

The influencer Rafaela Clemente, Marcela’s colleague, published a video on social media in which she shows bruises on her body and talks to Dado. “I must have deserved it for even asking you to put less salt in your food,” he told the actor. “Yes, that’s why“he replied.

The couple spoke about the issue on social media. They stated that the discussion between them had already been resolved and that the video had been shared by Rafaela without authorization and that interpretations out of context could cause distortion and injustice.

“The video released without authorization and improperly – out of context – captures an isolated moment of a dispute already resolved between the spouses. Any interpretation outside the real context of what happened can generate distortions and injustices, compromising the understanding of the facts. We reiterate that only we, directly involved, can talk about the episode – something which has already been done exclusively before the competent authorities. Both parties collaborated with the authorities and they trust that the facts will be duly investigated in a fair, responsible and transparent manner. We reaffirm our rejection of all forms of violence and our commitment to respect, dialogue and truth”, reads the statement shared by Dado and Marcela.
