A thousand square meters, two swimming pools and large windows: Virginia’s mother stays in a villa in Madrid

Virginia’s mother, Margareth Serrão, lives in a villa called “Casa H”; know

It seems that Virginia Fonseca’s stay in Madrid, Spain, is practically fixed. This is because the influencer brought his three children and mother with him, Margaret Serraoto stay in the city where Vini Jr. screw. For this reason, the ex-mother-in-law of Ze Felipe lives in a luxurious villa designed by the Spanish studio ABIBOO and called House H.

The palace

According to information from the architecture firm, the land was delivered in 2015 with a usable area of 1500 m². The house was designed like a ‘sponge’, full of ‘micro-rooms’ that connect to each other, allowing the residence to take the shape of the letter H.

The ground floor has been structured with practical domestic spaces, spacious and well lit by large windows, which allow the landscape to become completely part of the villa. Upstairs are the bedrooms, offices and game room. There is also an attic with spaces for activities such as meditation rooms, SPA, gym, party room and lounge.

Cutting-edge architecture

The project focuses on a bold mix of materials to characterize each area of the house with its own identity. From the interior to the facade, the transition is evident: the spaces for secondary use appear with exposed concrete walls, reinforcing a more raw and functional aesthetic. The living areas, located in the center of the floor, acquire lightness with the use of stucco and large glass surfaces, which allow natural light to enter.

The nocturnal environments, facing outwards, receive a metal cladding that reflects the lighting and creates a suggestive contrast between the different finishes, a visual game that combines texture, transparency and shine to enhance the architecture as a whole.
