Influencers are considering inviting Lula to the podcast after receiving threats against her family
Among training enthusiasts (saying ‘workout’ is a heresy in between), sports doctor Paulo Muzy, 42, and entrepreneur Renato Cariani, 46, are admired, copied and, of course, envied.
They got even more popular last week when they welcomed Jair Bolsonaro to the “Ironberg” podcast. The repercussions have been twofold: positive from those who support the re-election of the president and negative from the group that despises him.
“Accused” of being right-wing, Muzy said he had lost thousands of followers and was outraged by the anonymous threats against him and his family.
Cariani has also been subjected to online hostility, but has gained 200,000 new fans on his YouTube channel. Together they have nearly 15k followers.
The 2-hour chat with Bolsonaro took place at Ironberg, a gym of which Cariani is a partner, in São Caetano do Sul, in the ABC region of São Paulo. The place is considered to be one of the best training centers in the country.
Faced with the noisy repercussions of the space granted to the current president, with a peak of almost 400 thousand people following the conversation in real time, the two bodybuilding athletes have signaled the possibility of inviting former president Lula to the podcast.

Orthopedist and physiologist, Paulo Muzy is famous for recording videos while exercising on the stationary bike. “The goat that moves on the little bike,” he jokes.
He answers with good humor – and, at times, with amused irritation – to follower’s questions about training and health. Many fans like to make fun of him.
Bullied in adolescence for being obese, Renato Cariani used physical transformation as a pillar of his self-esteem.
Today, he makes millions from his YouTube videos, promotes products for those who train, and joins the fitness business.
What unites the two, in addition to the muscular silhouette, is the charisma. Both are communicative and know how to fascinate the public.
They openly talk about anabolic steroids and other controversies in this universe of those looking for the perfect “shape”.
