Producer and screenwriter Eric Weinberg, responsible for hit series like “Scrubs” and “Californication”, allegedly abused several women for more than 20 years.

The court records of the custody battle also reveal that Weinberg exhibited “impulsive, violent and high-risk behavior” with his eldest son.
In 2014, several women filed allegations with the LAPD, but it was said there was not enough evidence to investigate the allegations.
But even when there was evidence, the case didn’t go on. According to the Hollywood Reporter, in at least two cases LAPD believed there was enough evidence to charge Weinberg, but the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office refused to prosecute him.
Actress Azure Parsons (“Salem”), who met Weinberg when he was the showrunner on the “Death Valley” series, told the site that he sexually assaulted her throughout the series.
Years later, he approached her on the street and told her he would like to photograph her.
