The man called Pedro Orquerait would have invaded the space of friends in an aggressive way and frightened the driver, who tried to leave the place with Cara in the car and Margot partially outside.
The actress jumped out of the vehicle when she noticed the departure and, at that moment, one of the men accompanying the artists would climb on top of the photographer.
TMZ claims that a source claims Orquera escaped and fell on her own, but told local police that the two men accompanying Cara and Margot were security guards and beat him during the scuffle.
