Bruna Marquezine was the subject of attacks and death threats on social networks this Monday (10/3), the day after the first round of the elections in Brazil. The actress, who a few months ago declared her vote for Luís Inácio Lula da Silva, reproduced the lyrics of the haters.
Among the aggressive posts, there are even recordings of montages with guns pointed at the actress.
One user in particular demonstrated violent psychopathy. In his comments he wrote: “Promise that if Lula wins you kill yourself, then I vote”. And he continued: “The happiest day of my life will be when you kill yourself, but even for this you are incompetent.”
In sharing this text, Bruna commented: “Look what a beautiful thing, people. And live humanity, empathy, kindness and respect”.
The same profile responded to the exposure with double the aggression: “Kill yourself now, you leaned on your feet. So I’ll never have to see your rotting face again, hell, crazy.”
The profile in question is anonymous – it uses a photo of singer Ariana Grande and user “NJR Prada”, in reference to Neymar.
The actress regretted the threats and hoped they would seek help. “Can you imagine being so sad, small, bitter, frustrated like that and being proud? (…) I hope you are healed. Seek help,” she wrote.
Bruna did not publish it, but the profile threatened her with death: “While you sleep, lock the crack in the window.” And she kept talking about how happy he would be to see her dead and raped.
Seeing the content of the attacks, the actress’s fans were worried and came to her defense. But she tried to reassure everyone.
“I don’t care. But I want to expose, denounce. Don’t worry,” he tweeted after opening the basement of infamy.
“Good things come in abundance every day,” he explained to a concerned fan. “Thank God! The bad guys are the exception, but they are the ones who make noise. Unfortunately, love reigns here and my light is eternal. Because (the negativity) does not come from me,” he concluded.
