In a video allegedly captured from Carter’s live stream in the days before his death, the rapper read a message from his ex-girlfriend Melanie Martin: “You are going to die.”
Carter only read that part of the text to fans and would have been annoyed. But Melanie’s full message said, “If what you’re doing is true, you won’t end up living. You will die. I love you, that’s not safe. Please don’t do it to yourself.”
Fans of the singer were also very active in his social media broadcasts and expressed concern. According to TMZ, Carter’s followers even called the police in September to check that the rapper was okay, as he appeared to be hyperventilating during a live stream. Rescuers went to the scene but were told he was sleeping and there was no reason to worry.

Newspaper sources reported that police received a call around 11 am, claiming that a man drowned in the bathtub. The investigators of the murders were sent to the scene, but there was no information or evidence of the crime.
Aaron is Nick Carter’s younger brother and rose to fame in the late 1990s as a pop singer. The rapper used to hang out with the Backstreet Boys during their heyday.
The singer has had several substance abuse legal troubles over the years. She also went to rehab several times. Aaron left behind a son, Prince.
