“Big Brother Portugal” is a disaster. Literal. This Saturday afternoon (11/19), part of the scenario collapsed on a program participant.
Mafalda Diamond was hit by a giant door that fell from the set in front of the cameras, which follow everything 24 hours a day. The digital influencer fell to the ground screaming and desperate her colleagues in childbirth.
TVI, responsible for broadcasting the program, turned off the cameras shortly after Mafalda was joined by colleagues. In a note, the Portuguese broadcaster specified that it was offering all medical assistance to the prisoner.
“We are following the usual procedures to ensure the well-being of the competitor. We communicate an update as soon as possible,” the broadcaster said in a press release – in Portuguese from Portugal.
The participant’s team, on the other hand, manifested itself on social media to reassure fans about the incident. “Regarding the accident that Mafalda suffered, we inform you that the family is in contact with the production and everything possible is being done to ensure and guarantee her well-being and health. We thank everyone for their interest”, yes read in the statement.
